We want you to be completely satisfied with your TeeTuner purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at adswank@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions and a return authorization.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, contact us at adswank@gmail.com and we'll help arrange the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your TeeTuner arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at adswank@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.
