Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.

Delivery Issues

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your building's mail area first. Contact us at [your email] if you still can't locate your order and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

For lost or damaged shipments, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
